Stall information:

Terms and conditions

  • Please read the information, fill in the application form and return with full payment and certificate of insurance OR public liability waiver. On approval, stall holders who are first to return their application with full payment will secure their stall space.
    We have space for 30-32 stall holders and these stalls will fill fast. We will have a waiting list for stalls that become available due to cancellation or late payment. Bank details are listed below.
  • No shared stalls please, our stall fee is very reasonable and sharing is unfair to other stall holders who have paid their stall fee. If you have a friend who would like a stall, please email Andy to discuss booking a stall.
  • Please choose an appropriate stall size and write it on your application. The stall size chosen cannot be changed after your application is sent as we may have a full venue and reorganising stalls can be difficult.
  • Stall fees are non-refunded if the stall is cancelled within 4 weeks of the event.

  • All applications will be considered however we have the right to refuse a stall without explanation.
  • There are limited corner stalls and they will be given to stall holder who have paid in full and returned their application form.

Frequently Asked Questions

01.Setup day and time:

Setup will be Saturday morning from 7:30.

02.Public liability insurance/ waiver:

Your business Public Liability insurance OR signing of the liability waiver is required by every stall holder. Please attach a copy of your certificate of insurance or signed waiver in the application form package.

03.Money/ Float:

Readers and stall holders – please bring your own float as the event organisers won’t have extra cash on hand to assist. If you have a Paypal or Square machine for card payments please bring it too.

04.Sharing of personal information:

To advertise your stall/ business attending the festival, we need written permission to use your personal/business details. Please fill in the ‘sharing info’ section on the application and sign and date accordingly otherwise we cannot advertise your stall on the New Age Festival facebook page.

05.Parking:

You can park near the main entrance to the Old Woolstore and drop off your stall items then proceed to park your car. Limited parking at venue for $10 per day.

06.Refreshments:

The Old Woolstore has a dining area near the front entrance . They will be catering for food and drink requirements at our event. You can of course bring your own food and drink into the venue.

07.Readers:

Please bring 1 x A4 posters, your own reading table. Chairs are provided. The posters will be displayed on the booking table and on a bill board area near the main door. Prices are completely up to the individual but Andrew will doing 25-30 minutes for $60
