Stall information:

Terms and conditions

  • Please read the information, fill in the application form and return with full payment and certificate of insurance OR public liability waiver. On approval, stall holders who are first to return their application with full payment will secure their stall space.
  • We have space for 30 stall holders in Hobart and 7 readers and 23 Stall Holders and 5 readers in Launceston these stalls will fill fast.
  • Deposit of $50 required at time of booking.
  • No shared stalls please, our stall fee is very reasonable and sharing is unfair to other stall holders who have paid their stall fee. If you have a friend who would like a stall, please email Andy to discuss booking a stall.
  • Please choose an appropriate stall size and write it on your application. The stall size chosen cannot be changed after your application is sent as we may have a full venue and reorganising stalls can be difficult.
  • Stall fees are non-refunded if the stall is cancelled within 6 Weeks.

  • All applications will be considered we have the right to refuse any stall or readers without explanation

Frequently Asked Questions

01.Setup day and time:

Bump in be Friday afternoon from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm or 8:00 on Hobart and Friday 3 pm to 5 pm for Launceston

02.Money/ Float:

Readers and stall holders – please bring your own float as the event organisers won’t have extra cash on hand to assist. If you have a Paypal or Square machine for card payments please bring it too.

03.Sharing of personal information:

To advertise your stall/ business attending the festival, we need written permission to use your personal/business details. Please fill in the ‘sharing info’ section on the application and sign and date accordingly otherwise we cannot advertise your stall on the New Age Festival facebook page.

04.Parking :

Glenorchy Football Club has a large car park and the tail race centre has two car parking sites but we ask you to unload in the car park closer to the building and after unloading move your car to the back car park.

05.Refreshments:

Glenorchy football club we haven Karen’s Catering for food needs a coffee Van from 8 am-11 am other wise all beverages can be purchased at the bar down stairs. the Tail Race Centre provides a cafe which will be available over the weekend of the festival .

06.Readers:

Please Send Andy a digital copy of your poster via email , Bring your own reading table. Chairs are provided. The posters will printed and displayed on the booking table. Prices are completely up to the individual but Andy will doing 25-30 minutes for $70 plus $2 Eftpos .
